Help identifying a vintage Schick Adjustable

    I won this a few minutes ago, and haven't had any luck identifying it.

    To be honest, I'm not even sure it's an adjustable razor. I've never seen one with a dial on the underside.

    Even the ultra-rare adjustable prototype has an oversized dial on the top.

    Anyway, for $10 + shipping, I figure I'm not out much if it's a bust.

    I think it's one of those autoband razors.

    Who cares...This one was a bust. The problem with the band razors is that the steel wanted to stay curved in the typewriter ribbon roll it was coiled in. It never entirely lay flat. You can imagine what that does to one's face.

    First time I've gotten suckered in an auction. Probably won't be my last.
