I used my last puck of HIBCO Barbershop today. I went to their site and found that things have gone bad for them. They say they lost 2 family members in 2017 they have canceled all orders and will be closed for an indeterminate time. This sucks for them! I really liked their products. Prayers for the family.
We are all born to die, and living every day just prolongs the process. The language on the website basically states that you are on your own if the proprietor owes you product or a refund. So basically, to you as a customer, the message is; too bad, so sad, go figure out how to find recompense on your own. In other words; you are an investor, we lost your money, no product for you. And it is all completely legal.
That is terrible news. He replated a couple of razors for me that were excellent. I hope he recovers and moves forward. Family losses are difficult.
