    This was produced by a member at SRP by the name of David Polan. Its a very interesting, imho, video of basic honing. There are many ways to hone a razor, but this is a pretty good set of videos to get any started.

    Been working through these myself.. makes my head spin a bit.. haha

    i watched these. very good information. really emphasizes a few points that i was missing on. setting the bevel and the importance, pressure, consistency. i think they provide great detail.

    The vidz realy helped me in many ways and hurt in some... my wife is having a cow over how much i have spent and still dont have everything i want. These stone are expensive but you need to have them around when you want to do everything yourself. So i sharpened some of her kitchen knifes and made it all better; sorta.
