My tube is unopened, so I have yet to smell it That being said, I do have a few shave sticks. It is the same soap as Tabac, but unfortunately the producer discontinued the wrong soap. The scent contains notes of Oak moss, Cedar wood and Coriander. Or so I am being told. I haven't used it in a few years, but I do remember it to be a clean fresh scent. Not very descriptive I am afraid, but its all I got at the moment.
I have some Gillette Menthol and Nivia Sensitive, that's all. The rest are croaps like TOBS. This thread makes me realize I need more.
I have 3 remaining, Proraso, Triumph & Disaster and L'oreal. My go to drugstore brands are Nivea shaving cream for sensitive skin and L'oreal Men Expert Shave Gel Hydra Sensitive, both items are around $7, I also used Dove sensitive shave gel but it doesn't give a good effect on me, Proraso is also a good option, I used the one on the white tub, costs more than $10 but worth it. for a bit of luxe i have this Triumph & Disaster Old Fashioned Shave cream, just got influenced by a friend - which I bought online at $30 + shipping, works well, smells great but not recommended for cheapskates since shipping is expensive unless you meet the required purchased amount for free shipping.
Four here, one of each Proraso cream. I can't really choose a favorite because I love them all almost equally. The green probably gets the least use from me but that's because I usually don't like a strong menthol kick in my shaving cream. At some point, I'd like to try TOBS and any other inexpensive cream that is widely used. TOBS Sandalwood and Avocado have been on the short list for a long time now.
I like creams but usually only keep one or two at a time. Right now I have an almost empty tube of Real Shave Co Moisturising
Whereas I used to have at least 500 different creams I now own only 30. Most of them I doubt that I'll replace. Here are the ones I'll always keep in my rotation: Palmolive Menthol Gada Cool Mint Egyptian Ingram Lea Menthol Top Ten Sensitive Viking Sensitive Arko Ice Mint Barbon Palmolive Classic
Eight Brands: TOBS Avocado Speick Palmolive (Italian w/menthol) La Toja Proraso Blue Coate's: Lavender, Sandalwood Old Spice (final tube of original Shulton) Barbon (Hungary)
Just 3, all are tubes- Palmolive Menthol Proraso Green TOBS Sandalwood I like them all, and probably don’t use them enough.
Currently: C.O. Bigelow shave cream Castle Forbes Lavender shave cream Truefitt & Hill Sandalwood shave cream I really enjoy using the first two. I haven't tried the T&H yet. It was a gift from a good friend and fellow wet shaver.
Just 5 at the moment. The four Proraso creams (red, green, white & blue) and Speick. The Proraso creams all perform well and if I had to pick a favorite it would be the white. The Speick is a tad better than the Proraso as far as post shave feel, but not by much.

I think I have around 30 creams...most are Indian and were bought in India at Indian retail (CHEAP)! I just bought several kinds in Spain as well. I prefer creams to soaps, although the La Toja stick I bought in Spain is damn good and gives me comparable performance. Creams are still my preference though as I usually seem to suffer much less irritation when using them. I love tallow creams especially; Tabac is amazing!
I have 4 creams currently and really like them all, Avocado is my favorite TOBS Avocado TOBS Jermyn St Cyril R Salter Indian Sandalwood Kiss My Face Key Lime
Ingram, J.M. Fraser's, Palmindaya, Palmolive regular and menthol, Indian Old Spice, Derby lemon and lavender, Williams "Expert", T&H No 10, Proraso green and blue. The first three are far and away my favorites.
