When the knot gets here I'll take pictures of it, the process and the finished brush and post them here.
It's here!! My TGN Finest in 18mm. I've only dry fit it, and it appears to fit great. Just a little bit of play to it. Now I need to figure out how deep to set it. Here's my complete brush lineup: L - R: AOS Travel Brush (never used) TGN Finest in a PIF'd handle Vulfix 660S - my main brush Turkish #6 Horsehair - meh.... Semogue 1305 - Just got it last Saturday. After a couple troubled lathers, I think I've figured it out. Shea Moisture - A $10 badger brush from Target. I've used it maybe 10 times. Here's a closer look at that TGN knot:
