If you have a lovely modern razor, a vintage razor head with a modern handle, or a vintage handle with a modern head, would you please be kind enough to post up a picture and tell us why you love it. Thanks very much.
It is nice; I must admit I saw your thread, after I started this one. What type of shave does it give?
I gave a review on it if you care for more details, but i was very pleased. It's gorgeous, has good weight and balance, you couldn't possibly drop it with that knurling. It doesnt come with a case...I wish it did. I used a feather platinum blade and it did well. It seems to be a moderate aggressiveness, but the feather blades make it more aggressive. If you are looking for a modern razor, i would definitely recommend it.
Those are def cool. Im more of a straight razor guy, but in starting to get into safety razors and kamisoris. I really have to curb my collector spending, though. My wife says i "collect collections" I really just want 2-4 really nice de razors and 2-4 really nice kamisoris (really nice- top quality, but ideally under $100 each)
Nice cookies Darkbulb. What are the first three in the middle row and out of them all which is your favourite?
Rob recommended the Evahs razor to me back in May and I must say it is one of, if not my favorite DE Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
Top row: Pils, Mongoose, Tradere, Timeless, iKon Middle row: Rockwell v1, Rockwell v2, Rocnel SE, Rocnel SE, Rocnel SE OC, Rocnel SE50 Bottom row: Blackland, Weber, Weber, Wolfman, Supply Provision, OneBlade Out of those three, my top three "right now" (as it keeps changing) is probably; - Timeless, - Tradere, and - OneBlade
Two of my favorite modern razors. Standing is an Ikon 102 slant and the other is an Edwin Jager DE89. Herm
