Jayaruh #190-192

I have been trying out paint for a change. Here are three new brushes. I just stuck the knots in for the picture. They are synthetics. I am going to clear coat them one more time before I set the knots. The green one is a new shape. I was going to make it like the other two, but the wood did not cooperate, so I went a different direction with it. I like it anyhow.

Those are really cool. It looks like a lot of time went into finishing them.

 

Yeah, it takes more time to finish them like this, but it looks like I am getting pretty good results. I may make some more if there are potential adopter for them.

Great job as usual. The green and black one looks very cool. How is the feel in your hand?

Does it have the same feel as your barber style handles? When gripping from the neck?

I like this shape especially for face lathering. Gripping the neck, the bottom sits nicely on the heal of your index finger. It makes a great grip for building lather on the face and scrubbing if you like that.

 

Perfect Jim. That is what I thought.

If for some reason that does not get adopted in a few weeks. I would be honored to add it to my JR clan.

I love to see wood grain, but these look really special too. Wow.

 

Jim, have you considered colored wood stains?

Yeah, saw them after I posted here. He'll have a hard choice picking one....

 

That instantly gave me the giggles again. I think Jim had the talent to combine both of those wonderful designs.
