@jimjo1031 suggested a design for a football handle. He made a sketch and sent it to me. Based on his sketch, I went to my Paint program and developed a picture depicting a brush. Jim suggested the football should be more elongated, so I elongated it with these drawings. Monday was a beautiful day, and I got out there and turned out two brush handles based on those drawings. These should be Jayaruh 254 and 255. Here, I start painting them. I added some seams and stitching. Finally, I dry fitted the knots. Jim is going to make some decals for the footballs and the ferrule. This should be interesting. I painted the tops green because I thought I would paint some yard lines on it to simulate a football field. That may be getting too busy.
Thank you. Jim had a good idea, and I enjoyed bringing it to reality. It may be a week or so before these are finished. I have to get the decals from Jim first.

Thats pretty cool. Theres an Etsy seller who makes football and baseball themed brushes and Ive thought about picking up a Packers one.
