Admiral on Netflix. About the Neatherlands and their Navy, and how they are at war, and this captain becomes the Admiral and modernizes the fleet, wins some, and of course the politic crap that always makes you shake your head. Good movie.
Ages ago, I saw the movie "Z." It's in French and it's not something I'd recommend for anyone who doesn't know about Greek politics. I enjoyed the movie very much but my wife hated it. She said to me, "Honey, how can you watch a movie like that"?
Went and saw Logan this morning. A bit long for me, but it was good. Though I never understood the Wolverine love. Sent from my Nexus 5X using Tapatalk
The Last of Sheila Kind of an odd murder mystery with a few twists though one of them was very predictable. What was not predictable was James Coburn in drag. Not pretty but Raquel Welch in a bikini was very nice. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
"Beneath Hill 60", an Aussie war flick about tunnelers during WWI. Pretty good, and on YouTube for free.
It's what my grandfather did during the Great War. He used to tell me stories about it when I was a kid. Project Gutenberg has some great authors who wrote about WWI. Really good reading about the most horrible conditions one could imagine.
So really good, or you didn't like the book much? I was surprised that I really liked the book even though a lot of folks I know are kind of bothered by it. Sent from my SM-N910W8 using Tapatalk

I liked the book. I was surprised that the movie was so good. A lot of movies that I watch after reading the book are disappointing to me. Not so with The Shack.
Another good Aussie film is "The Lighthorsemen" (1987), about the Australian Light Horse charge against Beersheba. Saw it several days ago.
