Menthol Mondays!! WooHoo!

The Body Shop Maca Root.

My only true mentholated products are C.O. Bigelow cream and Tom's of Maine cream. (I do have some TSD ISZ PSB, but that's for the weekends and my SE shaves) I'm not a big fan of creams, so since those two have menthol, and Monday is Menthol Monday, I use a cream on Mondays. If it doesn't have menthol, I add the M Bomb.

Hope that makes some sense.

Good: 3 passes for a BBS. Bad: brush fell off the stand and broke my porcelain Muhle shaving bowl. That's one heavy brush

Damn cold and enjoyable shave this morning followed by a nice splash of the Floid aftershave which I love. This is freaky because I love the scent of the Floid, but my wife hates it - she says it smells too old, but our daughter loves it on me.

 

Used my Slim at 8 setting and Prorasso....loving it

A new 7 AM blade in the Super Speed helped to give me a great and true BBS shave. The Egyptian version of Ingram cream and the Barbon aftershave are perfect for a Menthol Monday. They both have superb freezing which lasts for hours afterwards. This Ingram even has a perfect consistency - it doesn't separate and get watery. Amazingly, it took me only 2 passes to achieve the desired results!

Niiiiiice!

This week is FACE LATHERING WEEK, and I'm trying to figure out how I'm going to use M Bomb with my soaps. I don't buy pre-mentholated soaps. I've found menthol can mask the scent of the soap and sometimes I want that scent full force in my face. With the M Bomb I can add when ever I want to. But... since I won't be using a lather bowl this week.... any suggestions?

First SE shave. Razor was NOS, but it got a Bar Keeper's Friend scrub followed by a Barbecide bath. I found the experience different than what I was expecting. A little more tugging than I would like, especially on my neck XTG/ATG. Will take some getting used to I guess.

I'm going on a Menthol....2 months LOL. I have nothing left here in Kingston but Proraso White & Green and my new tube of Palmolive Menthol.
