    Aftershave: Fine - American Blend

    Face lathered the TSD Shave Stick with my new brush. Larry @ WD did an outstanding job setting the 30 X 65mm silvertip knot deep. This brush is very soft with a rigid backbone. It, pardon the pun, whipped up a frosty lather in seconds. The Iced Barber Shoppe was very cool on this Menthol Monday. Hope everyone has/had a great shave today. Go for it. Today!

    There aren't too many set-ups as intensely cold as this one, trust me. The Neutrogena face wash has plenty of menthol in it and it's very cleansing and skin-friendly, with a nice scent. Now for the heavy artillery: The Glacial Obsidian soap's lather is a pleasure to work up, and its menthol power pulverizes your face just about on contact so by the time you finish your first pass you start wondering if you'll be able to do a second pass. The Gold Bond moisturizes and soothes sensitive skin so well in addition to providing a lot of extra cooling. The Glacial Wintergreen witch hazel is colder than the Rubby Dubby Doo and the Penguin combined! ;) :D

    Not quite as frigid as most other Menthol Monday Shaves but still frigid enough. The Godrej Menthol Mist is one of my favourite creams, because it smells nice, lathers so easily and richly. The skincare is also pretty good. The Anherb conditioner gives lots of extra cooling, together with perfect soothing and protection against irritation or dryness. The Rubby Dubby Doo needs no description - it's awesome! ;) :D
