Found a great site about safety razors at mr-razor.com. Unfortunately the site is in german. Since I do nto understand german I had to go through translate.google.com which translated the site into english for me. Google did a great job of translating the site.
Achim post here all the time.... a great guy. Often the answer to gillette questions are found on his site.
You mean this place. http://translate.google.com/transla...forum/index.php&hl=en&newwindow=1&rls=ig&sa=G I post there on occasion, you can't post through the translated version so I use Babel Fish. The translation don't always come out properly. There's 100+ page topic "Show your plane/razor" Lots of stuff we never see over here.
You ca also use Google Language Tools. There you give it a URL to translate or type/cut-paste text. Works more or less like Babel Fish.
It's fun to translate a few times into different languages, than back to the original. You can get some very amusing results, especially if you put Japanese in there somewhere.
Thanks! Unfortunately you can see all informations only with the Internet Explorer. Firefox shows only the pictures. But I think you need no language to understand the most information on my site I use this site for translation: http://babelfish.yahoo.com/
Achim's is the master photo reference site for Gillette razors. Not only is it an effort of love, it is also a public service.
Achim, I had always used Firefox. I was shocked to try a different browser after your post to see that there was in face information I was missing.
I started this thread trying to let forum members know about the web site. I hope anyone that did not know about the site, knows about it now.
