My first PIF, Travel DE razor and blades- PIF *DONE*

This is my first PIF. It is for a Gillette Super Click DE plastic razor new in package with one super thin blade. Including one package of 5 Bic chrome platinum DE blades and 5 Gillette platinum DE blades. I feel that I have gotten so much from TSD already that I'm giving back.

Here are the rules:

I'm not CONUS, so don't count me in, but I'm intrigued by the foreign writing. Where does it originate from?

 

I started using soap & brushes about 3 years ago. I got curious as to why my husband made such a fuss over his shaving brush, so I borrowed it, to test a little patch on my leg. My skin never felt so good, so I was hooked. We both started using DE razors this December, to save money. Again, my skin never felt so good, so again, I was hooked.

 

I got it from a supplier I buy from in Thailand along with the DE blades

 

I thought they must be from somewhere in those parts. Those curly letters. Can't make head or tail of 'em!

 

I started with SR shaving in January, as it is one of the last real "man skills" out there. I have two boys, one of which will be shaving soon, and I want them to develop an interest in the ritual of the shave.

As I am enjoying the learning curve of the straight razor, I needed a way to do "clean ups" in certain areas. I then ventured into the DE safety world. Now I would say that I pick up my DE's as a primary method, and save the straight razors for weekends or special occasions.

 

Well since Tuesday I have had only two entries. So I am going to end this PIF today. To thank you both for entering I am going to give the PIF to Sara-s and BossManBill. You both will get the same PIF's. Will both of you PM your addresses so I can mail them out!
