Hit the fleamarket this morning and saw this on the table:

Opened it up:


Gonna take her home and clean 'er up. Looks like I'm a 30DC lifer. Now if I can find a Red Tip and an Old Spice mug, I'll be good. Oh yeah, $20. The guy wouldn't budge.

Lol, I didn't buy that razor. I just decided to be a good fellow wet shaver and figure out the blades. But I do owe you a pack of vintage blades if I recall correctly.

News to me, but my memory ain't what it once was. Don't trouble yourself, though, I'm just weird about old carbons.

That razor does look like it'd polish up to something spectacular, though.

 

Haven't taken it apart yet. Got some honey-do stuff to accomplish first. I'll keep ya posted.

After, Scrubbing Bubbles, toothpaste and a stiff nylon brush. Followed by a vigorous rubdown with an old Gun & Reel cloth:

Once I'm done with the Krona, I'll be running blades through this very fine example of American manufacture.
