Yes sir, those Micromatics are a great razor! It took me a little while to get the hang of the MMOC, but once I did, I loved it.

 

Nice find Jim!!! I have never used those blades.

 

Some theorize, pretty logically, that the two bumps were added to the MMOC base plate to accommodate the double edge blades. Thus the early MMOC without bumpage might not work well. Never seen them blades live.
