I really think what you're doing is the better way. Otherwise, you just get a bunch of crap you have no interest in. It's like the, "Join AARP and get our cheapo fanny pack." Frankly, I'd be more likely to join if you didn't send me unwanted junk.
I went back and noticed it. I think it's 109 blades for about $33. I did see it originally but didn't read it or know it was one of each. The $33 was more than I was looking to spend so I just scrolled down and created my own mix.
I got one of the big ones, a luxury pack and a top 10 pack when I started. I quickly found good blades and most of that big pack just sits in a pouch. If I get bored I'll pull one out but mostly they dust gather.
My advice is the same as all the others that responded before me =) It doesn't matter which one you try first, BUT I would try and keep all other factors in your shaves the same. This was you can really judge the blade for the blade without interference from different software. Use the soap you are most comfortable with and in your case you will have 1 razor which is very good =)
Yes, third, fourth and fifth shave are the best. First and second I find are a bit "edgy". And since we are not offering opinions, I would put your Astra SPs on the top of your list
