I made the mistake of visiting Bob Quinn's Elite Razor web-site just to see what was new. I really didn't want another brush, and certainly didn't need one. As soon as I saw this one in Amboyna Burl, I had to have it. I have also been seeing a lot of very positive feedback on Bob's new knots. I had him put one of his Manchurian Whites in this one: 24mmx50mm. It is on deck for Friday............ Cleaned and bloomed.
Beautiful brush. Bob makes some stunning brushes. Since he is local to me, I went by his place to pick up my handle. After seeing all the handles ready to go, I was lucky to leave with only what I had ordered.

I used the new brush and knot today. I have to say, all the rave reviews about Bob Quinn’s new knots are spot on. This Manchurian White may be the best balance of soft tips and just enough backbone to handle anything. I also like the handle design. It is great for my hand.
