Great Vid Jody; your J -hooking is like my lower-case-j hooking...works for me. Here is my 1934 Aristo that I should probably have replated; its gold now. Also, I have had this Colgate silver container for several years and assume that it is late 1800 or early 1900's after watching your Youtube. Unfortunately it is empty but in perfect condition.

 

Nice job! Who woulda' thunk...shaving powder. Now I've got something more to look for.

the best time for me to remodel is in the winter months when the weather turns to crap. but then it's also a good time to rebuild old brushes. guess i have a lot of painting to do in unfinished rooms. but, a few rather nice looking old brushes i got done so far this winter. thanks again for the awesome gift of the well made video. happy holidays
