Got a new Omega pro 49, doesn't fit to well on current stand though. Anybody know where I can find a nice.stand ? Thanks.

I don't use a stand for my pro 49, I've seen no ill effects from not hanging it. I've never seen a puddle let alone a drop of water underneath my brush.

There are workarounds...using a basic chrome razor stand in these shots.

Yeah but it gives him an excuse to buy a new stand.

I just assumed from what I've read that that was the "rule". I'll give that a try though, thanks.

Yeah, I've been using the stand that came in my VDH starter kit. It works.

    ...especially when it misbehaves!

Here's another stand...$70. all it needs is a silver spoon.

Try it, a good shake, well ventilated area to dry, you'll have no issues.

As my collection grew the stand went bye bye. I epoxy a magnet to the handle and put a magnetic cabinet catch plate under the cabinet in my den.
I did this more for storage purposes than for storing bristles down. Now if I could come up with a better way of storing my soaps in the nice wood bowls ( turned by me ) than to just stack them on top of the cabinet.

I followed this advice on my 48 as a test...he appears to be right...no ill effects here!

Honestly I just stand my boar brushes up after I'm done.

I only hang my vulfix badger.
