Plisson increases their synthetic offerings

We were discussing this elsewhere and I thought it would be good to bring up here.

It looks like Plisson is holding pat with the Generation 3 knot that they have had success with in the Cade L'Occitane brush.

Now even Plisson realizes that synthetics are fully viable in the marketplace with some very nice but pricey handle combinations.

Their prices seem a little pricy. Maybe I'm a cheap skate !

True, they are much more expensive than many competing synthetic brushes.

I'm not a cheapskate. Those are absurdly priced.

They seem to still be very popular. I am even jumping on the band wagon. Many have sought me out for a handle replacement. I am just learning about these Plisson lovers.

The Cades at $30 are worth making a jump for a new handle.

I've got over 70 synth knots, but I have never used one. I plan to make myself one tomorrow. The new TGN knots look very much like the Plisson knots. I wonder.......I call them the Euro TGN knots.

Wow. That is expensive. But then, I am also the guy who wonders why anyone would buy a brush of any sort that lists for over $50. I just don't get it.

that's me as well—but I do also appreciate the quality and workmanship that goes into some of the pricier brushes.
