    blanka I will not eat my shaving products. Promise.

    Sometimes when I've got the smoker going, I like to make Bacon Candy (also called Pig Candy) for my guests as an appetizer! Basically, bacon+maple syrup (or agave)+cayenne and then smoke it. So naughty, but so damn good!

    Did I also mention that I was high school friends of the gal who's married to the "Bacon Explosion" inventor? And may I also mention that Dusty's version looks awesome?

    Hey, I like that, deep fried bacon is a traditional dish in my region of Brasil, it's called torresmo. Here is a pic.
