Some very solid razors there!

 

'Dedicated' three shelves for my shaving stuff. Still moving things around and trying to figure out how to add another 10 razors and some boxes but here it is for now;

 

I almost think you have more razors than I have blades! Nice setup though!

 

who is the lady in the pic on the top shelf?

 

Lol, actually I don't know. The photo and frame came in a lot of razors I bought and I like it.
I'm thinking some 1930's-or-so Hollywood actress. Maybe someone can identify her for me

Is #5 bottom row a long or short handle?

 

Oops, I fixed the description. Yep, it's a short handle. Do I need to get an alarm on that cabinet? LOL

 

I agree with @DEfettish she looks like Betty Davis to me also. However what I'm really looking at and lusting for is your safety razor collection! VERY nice..

 

That's totally not Bette Davis. That is somebody's grandmother though.

 

I kinda like it even more for some reason if it's just a random lady.
The back is a mirror and the stand kinda swivels around.
Guess someone really loved their wife/sister/grandma/daughter and wanted her close even when shaving. Neat.

 

If you're lusting for razors more than Bette Davis then you're the one with the problem not me

 

Trying to bring some structure and organization to my current mess.
It's a work in process, but I've decided that for now four of these shelves will do.
Need to move some stuff around and clear the fourth shelf for shaving stuff then I should be all sorted.

That collection is insane and impressive. You have a lot of exotic and unique razors from all over the world. I think it would be interesting to actually see some of them in action. If you had your own shaving video series, it would bring to light a lot of these forgotten beauties.

 

You have some beauties there. You don't live very far from me. Let me know if you ever need a house sitter
