If it was honed by @gssixgun , then it's tip top, in the sharpness department. Time to go back to basics: 1. Proper beard Hydration. 2. Proper lather slickness. Remember, fluffy lather doesn't mean it's a good lather. 3. Proper blades angle and speed. 4. Proper stropping. Poor stropping can kill an edge before you even put it to your face.
