Something wrong with my soap

I've had this soap for around 4 years. It's never done this before. Any ideas?

 

I thought this was myth! It turns out it's true.

 

I've got one full size puck (in a jar) that got to the point where I could see the bottom so I quickly ordered two replacements.

Other than that, I've only emptied samplers.

 

It's kind of like reading tea leaves;
I see a soap purchase in your future.

 

Mine is showing the same phenomenon.

 

Clearly defective, puck has a hole in it. Try better storage. And visit the forum store for more...

 

I've never seen anything like that before. Of course I'm an FNG and don't have the experience that you other Gents have

 

You should send it back for a refill.

That's what I was thinking. We do have an eclipse coming.
