No but it's a nice idea. These were originally from my family's Insurance Office and held the various rubber stamps they used so I kinda like keeping them as they were. But there is a long line waiting to get their turn on the carousel...
Plasti-Dip works well and really helps protect the brush handles from scuffing or scratching in a carousel.
