I've only seen one review of the razor, by mantic59. I believe he reviewed it pre-release (http://sharpologist.com/2016/11/parker-variant-adjustable-safety-razor.html). There are likely more reviews by now.

My dear friend, a great cup of java is never off subject. As far as Starbucks... honestly, I don't really like Starbucks coffee... way over priced. Don't mean to blast them but just not my favorites. I hope to start roasting my own before long. I'm worked no on the perfect roast for Irish coffee. Every once in a while I just gotta set the Irish in me free!

Yeah... I have no idea what you mean. The 4 bags of different vac-sealed coffees that I have in the cabinet just showed up one day. Honest.

A lot of folks will tell you that the adjustable is a way to find the perfect razor for you. Based on the fact that two razors made the same day, in the same factory, on the same equipment will have a different blade gap. And thus shave differently.

The main draw of the adjustable is exactly that, you get a razor and you can tailor it to shave almost to how you want a razor to shave.

The other reason is that, it allows you to adjust the gap and thus allow you to shave various amounts of beard growth at different times. Ever try to use a fat boy or slim or a black beauty set on 1 to shave 3 days of growth? your not going anywhere anytime soon. But throw it on 3 or 4, and you shave just fine and dandy.
