Go to your signature box write in Fellowship of Cold Water Shavers, copy the url link for this thread, highlight Fellowship of Cold Water Shavers, click the link button in your control panel, paste the url thread link and click insert. That should do it.

Good morning friends. Wonderful shave this morning, the Polsilver blade performed beautifully...very smooth. This TFS SS is out of this world in terms of protection, very creamy, slick, beautifully scented lather and i need to use it more often. The Semogue 620 is a beast of a brush, it can lather anything in voluminous proportions. Dolphin smooth today, nothing left but a big smile. Have a great shave and a great day folks.

Good morning guys. Wonderful shave this morning with the N1, very smooth and comfortable. The Amici soap is dreamy, providing mounds of slick, creamy, beautifully scented goodness. The RR Disruptor is just the tool for the job creating lather effortlessly. Mita balm is always a lovely freezing finish with soothing care. Have a great shave and a great day friends.

 

I've failed to post in here that I went with an ice water shave this past Sunday. It was nice! I had been outside doing yard work and was already hot from all of that. I took a cool to cold shower and then used ice water for rinsing my face while shaving. It felt good!

 

I'm happy it worked for you Perry and it's certainly welcoming after a hard days work outdoors in the heat.

 

Have been transitioning to my seasonal cold water shave the last week or so. Very nice shave with the Parker 99R and a GSB blade. VDH pink soap, for a lazy quick workday lather, and finished with alum and Florida Water.

Quite refreshing!!

Good morning everyone. Wonderful shave this morning, BBS in 2 passes with angles adjusted for my growth. The Evahs is a deceptively efficient razor and i say deceptive because it feels so mild and smooth but it really takes it all off effortlessly. My Stirling MITA shave stick froze my face while the MITA balm at the finish only added more icy goodness. Brrr! Lovely! Have a great shave and a great day guys.

 

Cold water is the best way to shave with any stainless steel blades. Hot water can make the grind on the blade and edge feel like you used the blade a few times. Stainless will expand. It's sounds weird, but it is true. The blade won't, but the edge will.

Good morning friends. Outstanding shave this morning with a GSB in the Evahs, 3 passes and i'm dolphin smooth. La Toja performed exceptionally well as always and the skin care is second to none, after shave feel is amazingly moisturizing. Stirling Glacial Lemon Chill Balm is all that and a bag of chips, my face was still frozen 20 minutes after my shave and the moisturizing and soothing care is outstanding. @Jim99 buy with confidence my friend! From last night. Can't wait till my blades come in and try something new.





I did notice that the glacial needs much less water or it gets thin very fast.
