Why not ask @Jayaruh to carve you a sonic screwdriver brush handle. dip dye a white boar knot the tip color.

 

I like the death star brush handle concept he had. Wish he had made one for me to drool over.

I can't say how much I like this!

 

I'm thinking of attempting some carving of my own. That death star brush handle really hit me in the tender bits. I'm thinking of cheating and starting with a ball shaped drawer pull and setting the knot in the flat part. Make a nice one out of quality wood if the cheater one turns out well.

The shape is interesting.....

 

I think the brown shape is the knot. I would have to make a stand to go with it because being round you couldn't set it down. Maybe a tie fighter inspired stand?

 

Maybe a stand like this (flipped so that the large brush holding-slot is upwards)



Or a stand like this with the brush in the middle

 

I still prefer that Old Republic looking handle from a couple months ago, and will still gladly pay for it if someone wants to part with it, ;-).
