I Received this Absolute NOS Mint Russian Dvuhzakovnaya 5/8th (Double forged ) 1962 Birth Year SR Today..The Pics Don't Do this SR Any Justice..My Friend @Karl G Kindly Sent Me it as a Birthday Present..He Highlighted the Razor a Few Weeks Ago & Egged Me to Buy it..Well..What a Wonderful Surprize I Had Today when I Opened the Parcel from Our Friend @NCoxSTL in the Ukraine..I Will Hone Her Up Tonight I Reckon..;)

The Factory Edge is Set a Lot Closer than the Later One I Received from the 1970s..In Other Words their Doesn't Appear to be a Lot of Metal to Remove & the Steel Feels & Looks a Bit Softer..I Reckon this will Hone Up in Jig Time..:D

    Thank You Karl..I Am Delighted..:happy036:

I guessed from the shippers location. Mine took a little while longer to ship across the porus Canada/U.S. Border.
Is the Cashmere knot the all white one? There's also a faux horse - don't know if it's just color or floppiness.

Nice razor and gift Billy. How in the world were you able to spell that. I would love to here a Scotsman try to pronounce that.:happy102:

Thanks, it really is. Got it pretty cheap also, used my Ebay bucks and spent about $12.50 cash. not a bad deal.

I just received five (5) sample packs of Jeeves of Hudson Street. I am excited about picking my favorite starting tomorrow. I will start off with Conservatory. They all smell great. I can tell it is going to be hard to pick a favorite. Oh no. What have I got myself in to?
Conservatory, Cranberry Pomegranate, Private Study, Turkish Bath, and Velvet Jacket.

Makes me wish I was using brush and soap back in '83-'86 when I was stationed at Rhein Main.
