    French point with an almost knife-like appearance to the blade could be a possible cause of your trepidation. That threatening heel is what gives me the willies... :D:eek::eek:

    Sweet find man. I have a nice collection, but I havent come across one of those in good shape for a reasonable price yet. Good for you. I'm a wee jealous.

    Dale, it's an amazing razor and in superb condition. If I hadn't spent $200 on the new Rex ambassador I might have went to$200. I'm so happy for you. A better guy could not have won.

    I sold a cased one for close to that a few years ago when they really blew up. Max I would pay was $130 and thought it would go right by it. Got lucky and it was shipped first thing this morning.

    *Edit... Just looked up the Rex Ambassador. Nice looking razor, is that a stainless copy of the Gibbs Adjustable?

    From everything I can see and tell yes, do you have a Gibbs? My Max was $51 I wrote earlier $57, I do see them from time to time, but not in the condition you have
