After listening to SWMBO and keeping track of what I use and don't use I began thinning down my den at the beginning of the year. At one point I had almost 50 soaps and creams but not everything was getting used enough. I PIF'd half my den to my Dad and my Uncle and have done numerous trades this year. I am finally quite happy with what I have left although I may thin it down even more as time goes on. Not pictured are 2 strops and a drawer half full of blades, Stirling Bath Soaps, and 14 back up bottles of the Veg... I think I should do a Veg PIF soon. Anyways this is my humble den and I thought I'd share.

Great job! I'm doing the same thing with my youngest son, giving him everything I haven't used in a while.
I cant wait till my little man is old enough so I can give him stuff. He's going to be 3 in December so I have a long way to go. Up until I gave my Dad and Uncle stuff all they had every tried was VDH and Williams.
That's great! My grandson is 3 and I tell him when he's a big man "this will be all his" It's really cool that you're hooking your dad and uncle up.
When my nephew turned 18, I gave him a 7 oz. Mennen from my "collection"(it isn't quite a "den".) He liked it, and I hope he's been using it. As he opened up the box, I proudly welcomed him to manhood .
I LOVE passing my gear on to my son. Some stuff ends up back in my den anyway... (I just like this emoji)
