TSD Week 2/25 - 3/3

AW-RIGHT!!! Another Theme Week is here!!

This week it's all about TSD, The Shave Den. Let's start with a little history, shall we?

Next is a great piece done up by Bill, aka Dridecker, about what you might not know about the Shave Den.

Usually the Theme Weeks focus on using a specific item, such as our last theme week focus on MWF.
For TSD Week I'm throwing out a couple of different ways to participate:
1) Use a TSD product all week.
B) Buy something from the The Shave Den Shop.
Third) Make a donation to TSD.

I clicked the link to TSD shop and it indicates it will be closed to March 4 (I guess Joanna's on her cruise). It will be kind of hard to buy something during TSD week.

 

Why? Just click a button. You can still make the purchase if you don't mind the wait.
And, believe me, for JoAnna's stuff, it's worth the wait.
Look at it this way, you'll be first in line when she gets back!

 

This will be a nice surprise for her when she gets back.

I've been meaning to make an order for a while but I kept telling myself I've got enough cream and soap to last me at least a year. I'm going to go ahead and make an order today though. This is a good reason to do it. And I really do want to try out the M-bomb.

Edit: I put in my order. Wow, shipping has become expensive hasn't it? I had to order plenty to amortize that . My stash of creams and soaps will just about triple when I get the order (which isn't really saying that much I guess). Should be set for a while though.

Aww Fiddle Faddle! I made a trade for 2 TSD with lanolin soaps, but won't be able to send my stuff out or receive my soaps until the 1st of March.

I was looking pretty scruffy with three day stubble, so l took my time in prep, soaked with a warm washcloth, and took slow, light strokes. The TSD lanolin soap makes an excellent lather. Three passes, very smooth result with no irritation.
