I did say that. Haven't you ever purchased a soap that was heretofore completely unfamiliar to you and been disappointed when it arrived? I spent $47 for a tub of soap, which turns out is almost exactly like something I already own. That's why I am contemplating not using it and just selling it. Nothing more complicated than that. I have had a run of disappointing purchases this year.
Oooooooooh!!! I’m sorry I thought you bought a cheaper version of a more expensive soap which you didn’t want to use.. not a soap that already matches a soap you already have and therefore disappointed that you shelled out the Money for. Lol my bad .. Sorry to hear you had a bad experi Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
No worries. Not a bad experience. I had hoped for something new and exciting. Not a retread of what I already have.
I am waiting on a Parker Variant razor to arrive the first of this week. So ready to try and adjustable out after only having my Merkur 34C for the last 6 months.
The wait is killing me! I imagine Chris must be completely overwhelmed by the demand. Sent from my Nexus 5X using Tapatalk
I saw this unknown brush ... kind of think it may be a Rooney or Ever Ready. I saw this Russian razor and Muhle shaving brush and had to pick them up.
Mitchell’s Wool Fat in ceramic bowl. I definitely don’t need another soap, but I’ve imagined the bowl on my marble counter and that’s what sold me. Second round with Mitchell’s- the first was a refill puck. Good stuff.
Another Baili , the BR171 aka Razorock TeckII, to compare to my BT171 which I'm totally digging. $7.99 delivered. Sent from my Nexus 5X using Tapatalk
Beautiful razor! I have one of these that I haven't tried yet. Very curious to see how it compares to the pre-war tech!
Picked this Rubberset 400 up last evening. Going to have Jim (@Jayaruh ) re-knot it with a boar knot. I've been wanting one of these for a long time. (Seller's pic)
Personally, I prefer mine over the pre-War Tech. The heavier baseplate gives it a feel more like a New.
A little Avon Leather ... Pony Express Full at five ounces and it cost less than $1 an ounce; I'm happy! I really like Avon Leather!
