A vintage! Mustard jar that was designed to be used used as a child's piggy bank when empty. The glass is shaped as a Donald Duck face
A plastic Gatorade 1 quart bottle. My plan is to just throw it in the dumpster when it's filled. A year later and about 10 blades cut for shims, and it's barely half full.
An empty pickle jar that I cut a slit through the top and duct taped the cap to the bottle. It will probably take me a few years to fill up.
This is what I've been using for the last year. It was free. It has room for many more blades. When it's full I'll take them to the metal recycler. If I live that long.
I've had it since I started wetshaving 11 months ago. Some blades have gone toward making shims, so it's a tad misleading.
Since I take injections I have extra sharps containers. Im still working on my first extra container from 2 years ago. It'll last for 20 years ...
We have sharps containers but I don't use them for my blades. They fill up very quickly on their own with my girlfriend's 4+ insulin shots a day. I use the slot in the back of the medicine cabinet. If it ever fills up there is another cabinet downstairs.
