Incline press x 4, Machine flyes x 4, bench press x 4, Low cable crossovers x 4. Scott triceps press-downs x 4, Hammer machine reverse grip dips x4, , cable overhead triceps extension x 4, dumbbell skull crushers x 4. All sets above done with weight added progressively. Vertical chair knee raise x3, torso rotation machine x 3. Ended workout with 20 minutes in the sauna.
Able to squeeze in a short workout withing a busy day. 25 minutes on recumbent bike followed by 20 in sauna.
I'll bet you can guess by now: 2 hours, plus a bit, traipsing about town with 20 pounds of books on my back.

5 Weight machines for 30 min Aerobic workout - 45 min Tread Mill - Elev 10, Speed 3.5 mph for 35 min Elliptical Bike - Level 3 - 15 min at 4.0 mph
