    Cable Flies
    Pullovers
    Overhead Plate Lift
    21 minutes on the stair mill

    Took about a week off as I was worn out and needed a break. Did 5 sets of all exercises except the plate lift was 2x30.

    Nice day in the gym.

    Continuing on with Push-up Pro, last night was 72 pushups. Five sets, regular, knuckles and diamond. Tonight I'll probably do some diamond to failure.

    4x10 Leg Curls
    20 minutes on the stationary bike

    Added up the weights I lifted today and it was just over 26,500 lbs...

    Decided to use my bicycle to go produce shopping. 8 miles in roughly 45 minutes today. I have not spent enough time on my bicycle.

    Did three sets of 8 push-ups. One regular, one diamond and one knuckles. Got 82 to do tomorrow.

    CHEST & TRICEPS

    Weighted Dips: 70/7 and 70/5
    30 Degree Incline DB Press: 90/5 and 80/5
    Standing Cable Flies: 30/12 and 30/10
    Rope Overhead Tri Extension (cables): 80/8 and 72/8

    The dips wiped me out right off the bat. I had almost nothing left for the DB presses. The lifting is the easy part. Now I have to find the mental energy to do cardio later.

    It was one of those days where I really didn't want to go, but went anyway. It was a good one as it felt like my legs were drunk leaving the gym and it took a lot more effort than it should have to walk up two flights of stairs... :)
