CHEST & TRICEPS Weighted Dips: 70/7 and 70/5 30 Degree Incline DB Press: 90/5 and 80/5 Standing Cable Flies: 30/12 and 30/10 Rope Overhead Tri Extension (cables): 80/8 and 72/8 The dips wiped me out right off the bat. I had almost nothing left for the DB presses. The lifting is the easy part. Now I have to find the mental energy to do cardio later.
