Back from vacation... We walked about twelve miles daily in London, no workouts. Bag on the bags soon! Tonight is treadmil and sauna.
Gave the weights a rest today and went for a ride. It was nice not having a destination... 14.5 miles in 66 minutes
I consider 1 hour and 12 minutes using a push reel lawn mower on a double lot backyard and a decent sized front yard as a nice workout.

What are people working toward? For me, I want a fighter/soccer player physique and quickness and flexibility. I don't lift because I don't want to be bigger. Currently 6-4ish and 191 in boxing attire. My work is about half physical (lifting things) around a warehouse.
