    Last night was supposed to be 136 push-ups. But I edged two trees and mulched 'em and I was beat by the time I was done. So I did three sets of 13(knuckles, diamond and regular)

    1/4 mile run, 100 sit ups, 1/4 mile run

    We walked about twelve miles daily in London, no workouts.

    I consider 1 hour and 12 minutes using a push reel lawn mower on a double lot backyard and a decent sized front yard as a nice workout.

    What are people working toward?

    For me, I want a fighter/soccer player physique and quickness and flexibility. I don't lift because I don't want to be bigger. Currently 6-4ish and 191 in boxing attire. My work is about half physical (lifting things) around a warehouse.

    I'm just working to maintain, Chris @Bama Samurai currently a lean 175lbs and trying to keep it that way. I'm happy to see my friends staying so active. :)
