I have asked and been told and I have read other people asking and being told that the Feather blades in the black pack at 5 each is the same as the yellow Feather blades in the 10 pack. But I beg to differ... It is true that the black packs are sharp. But after many shaves back to back on both, I have found that the yellow's (for me) are smoother and will last me longer, than the Feather blades in the black pack. Is it just me or has anyone else had the same experience?
The yellows last longer than the yellows? Afaik, the yellows last me longer (and are smoother) than the black package
According to the packaging, the yellow is coated and the black is not. I believe the coating on any blade is for longevity and smoothness.
