Jeff I must have crazy skin and I can't explain it at all. Stirling glacial is cold and I love the wintergreen! Yeti snot made my face feel........warm! I can't figure it out at all! It felt like I had just rubbed icy hot on my face. It was cold during the first rinse but as soon as I lathered for the second pass, warm again! Go figure! No redness or anything just warm.
Your skin is not crazy - different guys have a different reaction to these soaps. Yeti Snot has a scent which to me is peppermint and menthol mixed together, and Glacial to me is 100% menthol. Both soaps froze my face, made my eyes tear, and even made my nose run. It's definitely a case of YMMV!
