I have everything I need to take one apart and put it back together and most of the knowledge to get it done. I wish I knew how you guys learned so much. there aren't many books I have all the books you can easily find I have the titles of some hard to find ones on celluloid handles and makers marks but where do you get this information when you say you research something?

Hi Steve! I have a vintage Salamander on the way ($9.99 from ebay) as well as the new Dovo. The Salamander is a totally unknown edge, but the Dovo has a factory "shave ready" factory edge. I'd like to get somebody who knows what they're doing to put an edge on the Salamander for me, an I'd try to do easier Dovo. Any advice? Thanks! - Bax
