I've never seen a vintage handle like that...I'm in shock...and want one..badly..lol.

 

I could be wrong...but the knot looks a lot like the whipped dog high mountain badger.

Bought this NOS from someone on another forum two weeks ago and finally pulling it out. Initially the aroma is very similar to WSO Signature but will see once lathered up!

This shave cream holds it's moisture well. No need to resort to the @Norcalnewb Baseball Lathering Technique©. Unless the Shave Secret is doing it's job, too? Either way lather keeps moist for a face full on both WTG & XTG passes. Moistened again to touch up with the FB on 4, and after a cool water rinse, a sting free swipe of the alum. Avon's fougère isn't far from Clubman by Pinaud. This vintage scent agrees with me. Good Day Folks!

Good morning guys. Today I somehow found the strength to put down my R41 in order to test the Maggard V2OC head I've had sitting here for a while. Very nice, it's beautifully finished and has good heft to it..feels solid. It's efficient, not overly so but nicely efficient and very smooth which is what I have come to expect from most OC's. I will confidently recommend it for those looking to try an OC or those looking to add one. What's really cool is that you can purchase just the head and pick your own handle or just slap it on one you already have and like, Maggards is also a pleasure to deal with. La Toja shave stick delivered in fashion yet again, beautiful slick, creamy, thick lather. Love this stuff! @Spud picked some up yesterday and he's just as happy as I am. Highly recommend it to you friends and it's just really neat and fun to use. Three pass BBS today. Have a great shave and a great day friends.

Blade- Feather Artist Club Professional super(2)

Post- Cold water rinse, Humphreys witch hazel, Lucky tiger bay rum aftershave lotion and The body shop Vitamin E day cream



The AlumiGoose is proving to be an amazing razor! Im getting very very nice shaves.



The Feather pro super has elevated the razor a lot, I get better shaves than with the Pro blades. We’ll see how durable they are, can I get more than 5 shaves? =)



The pro are good blades, but these are better for my coarse facial hair.
