In this case it's more like, Only in North Africa. The picture is actually from an article about Mohammad Mustafa, one of the "donkey barbers" of Cairo. (Egypt, not Georgia). Although I've been to Cairo, Georgia, and those guys seemed to have an unusually close relationship with their donkeys as well.
