Checked my supply of Barbershop shave soap-still plenty left .

My next Stirling shave will be Monday. (Glacial Wintergreen soap, and friends!)

Look at it this way:

-Executive Man - Light cologne

-Gentleman -Vanilla/light musk

-Coniferous -Woodsy

They are all pretty distinctively different scents. Break them down to their most basic, and it should be pretty easy to pick a first choice.

I'll be using the world famous Glacial Wintergreen trio tomorrow!

I got a little click happy on the Stirling website this morning. I couldn’t decide what scent I was lookin for so I have a few (6) samples, an Agar Final Scent test, 4 AS samples splashes, some tins, labels and part of a Christmas gift (Boar brush) for one of my Son-in-Laws.

My sentiments exactly.

That's my problem exactly...(as a few alredy)...tough to decide which one I'll choose for NB18. It may well come down to Xecutive vs. Sharp Dressed(either would be for both the AS&soap).

Both good choices. I don’t know if I could choose one or the other.

Either one will help me have a solid balance throughout the winter....some leathers, some barbershops, and a "cologne" A.S.(well, not including the Stoylin Sandpiper which still has some left).

A mighty fine freeze just before from the Glacial Wintergreen trio. Needless to say the Arctique did more than its part as well!

W-green AND Arctique? Might try if I choose to move to Washington DC once again, a possibility which is still on the table. Those summers!!! AAAGH

Go to Israel in the summer. A HELL of a lot hotter. You'd need to use this kind of menthol all day!

Late to the party as usual but.....my minimalistic tendencies kept me away from trying some things. Last December someone enabled me to try some Stirling soap so hey, why not, right? Well, if you follow me on the 30DC you know how often I use the soaps now and I have acquired one of the synthetic brushes as well. A lesser known fact, though, is my wife's absolute love and admiration for the Witchy Woman line of products from there. I got her a sample of the shave soap and she demanded, yes that's a correct word, DEMANDED that I order the tub. I also got her the bath soap and body butter as she requested and she is hooked. Loves it. And for someone who is quite finicky about the soap and other products she uses, that's no small thing.

My choice for tomorrow morning? Glacial MITA followed by Glacial Unscented as a balm and a splash of Fine Snake Bite. Another king-sized freeze!
