I posed the question last month, if anyone has ever finished off a tub of Tabac. Keith @Keithmax has finished two. He may have been the only one to ever do it. :)

No tugging, but I noticed the blade lost a step or two. Nice shave on a soggy Friday morning.

    Enjoy your day.

Happy Friday. After yesterday's shave I decided to change the blade. In hindsight that might not have been a great idea. In general, I find Gem PTFE blades harsh on the first few shaves and today was worse than expected. While the end results were an excellent shave, it was anything but smooth with several weepers. Oh well. At least I get to try it again tomorrow. A splash of witch hazel followed by Krampert's and I am ready for the morning commute. I hope everyone has a fantastic Friday.

Ha! We all said that at first. Eventually you will wonder how you ended up with 22 razors, 37 brushes, and $500 worth of shaving soap in your den.:)

Finally, some sanity around here. I keep reading about people finishing pucks and wonder how this is even possible. The only way I'm gonna end up making a puck disappear is with the assistance of David Blaine, David Copperfield, or some other magician named David.

Prep: Cold water and Stirling mentholated pre-shave soap
    Blade: Personna
    Razor: Schick G4 '66' injector
    Brush: Omega 10049 boar
    Lather: Mitchell's Wool Fat
Post: Witch hazel, Fine American Blend aftershave
    WTG, touch up

It has been a long week. Pleased that Friday has arrived and always anticipative of The Fat for Friday's shave. Personna blade in the Schick 66 was smooth and effective. Normal routine landed with great results.

    Have a great day!
