I made a cauldron of gumbo one year, had the bright idea to add A (1) habanero pepper to about 2 or 3 gallons of gumbo, it was still barely edible even by me and I like it pretty hot.

Last post of the night I think I love Habanero pepper, I keep some dried crushed around the kitchen. Check out my Salmon Dinner recipe, I use the dried pepper and fresh Jalapeno in the rice. Rod where is your recipe?
