Tonight's shave was with a Newly acquired, restored, and honed razor. Perfect 2 pass shave, that left me BDBS. Excellent razor. Now I know why @gssixgun likes them so much. This one takes on the wickedest, smooth edge.

Razor- "Green Lizard". Cattaraugus Cutlery Co. Little Valley NY.
Brush- Stirling Boar.
Soap- Arko/Sandalwood Scented
Aftershave- Vintage Shulton Old Spice. Ships Lantern Decanter

I first came across the Lime & Mint Rum from a friend who sent along a sample of the shampoo and at first without opening the sample didn't think this blend would appeal to me but somehow it works. Really like the shampoo so when a sale came up on the site, jumped on half pounder of the soap. One of many, many Bay Rum soaps that I have.

Thanks. Originally had a 49 boar knot but swapped out with the zenith as the tips were softer and just as dense.

 

Well that was over a year ago I got this soap and can only remember just one message since then. BUT, one day I was bored at work and went out to the site and they posted on their site apologies for their website being down the previous day and had either a 25 or 35% discount for the inconvenience so so couldn't help myself and bought shampoo and small tin of 1911.

I used Afta a few weeks back. The scent was great and lasted a whole lot longer than I thought it would. Albeit, it doesn't reach out to other people's noses, but I was able to smell it most of the day on myself. I had forgotten that it's actually a solid masculine scent.

 

Your Den's Bay Rum options are more varied than most people's kitchen spice rack. I thought my 7 different Bay Rum scents were over-kill.
