Might help if made it known whereto live, as someone local to you might be able to slip something in the post.

I guess today is a Stirling shave day.
I went with Stirling Executive Man whipped up with an Omega boar brush and a Pal adjustable with Shick blade.
Tolsom and witch hazel aftershave splash and a cool water rinse for a close comfortable shave.

Alu. General / ES Claymore handle
    Schick Proline [ 6 ]
    Tuff Green A/S Lotion

Am getting used to using lighter AC/SE Razors since getting my Occams V2, so am starting to enjoy using the Alu. General more. I had a smooth comfortable Shave today, and the overall finishes quite good though I get better results around the nec

The Enders blades are readily available on eBay and Etsy. Depends on which modern blade you want to use, but the B-20s are available in several places as well.

Awesome shave this morning with a shovel head on the Weber bulldog. A modern handle on these old SEs just make a great combination. The shovel heads are loud and hold a lot of water. You have to sling these things out. The Razorock 400 quipped up some very glorious lather. Take care!

Next time Stirling makes the Lemony Orange I'm gonna buy some. I think that as popular as it is it could be part of the normal Stirling line up. Or if just for the Fall/Winter months maybe just a non glacial mentholated soap, and aftershave splash. That way we could enjoy it year round.

Schick I1v1 (I57), Schick Twin blade, shave 3
    i1a1.jpg i1a2.jpg

If this razor is Slayer - Angel of Death with a single edge injector blade with a twin it becomes Sade - Smooth Operator. What a difference in shave, this thing is super smooth and efficient with a twin blade and the end result is almost no drop off in closeness of shave. You can shave this razor on autopilot with a twin blade in it, something I wouldn't attempt if it had a single edge injector blade loaded.

Note some people refer to this razor as an I55 because of introduction year well that is wrong because according to this ad this razor and the J1v1 were both introduced in 1957 not 1955 as previously believed.
    eversharp1957.jpg

The reason I call this I1v1 is because of how I am reclassifying the razors as per this thread here I started.

After three days of mild yet efficient DEs it was nice to use an SE with some blade feel.
Smooth Shaves to one and all.
