By using Rod’s brush technique as a baseline, I was able to calculate that my brushes will last forever.
I've nominated two brushes thus far for the Stoylin Tony Awards "Best In Show" finals. New brushes will be eligible for next year's Tonys.
My vote is for Creed Viking(that one looks nice). I'll leave it up to Doc Ezlovan to name it(well, of course-that's what he does anyway, chukkity-yuk-yuk).
I have a Stirling question: What are the differences between the bath bars and the shampoo bars? Could I simply life and wash my hair with bath soap? I could try a wider variety of soaps if I didn’t split my time between two kinds of soap. Full disclosure, I actually have tried a bath bar in my hair last night and built a great lather faster than the shampoo bar does. I don’t have any long term experience doing this however, so I don’t know if there’s a catch.
I just looked up Santal on Creeds website, and the fragrance definitely reads like one I might like a lot. I have complete faith that Rod will do a great job. Adding it to the list.
Thanks. I need to compare the labels I guess, and then maybe try an extended use and watch for any issues. I’m sure that even the bath soap is much better for my skin than any mainstream commercial stuff, so it might be OK for my noggin too.
I used a bar of the Bay Rum Bath Soap for over a month in the shower and I had no problems with using it as a shampoo. I don't use a hair conditioner either. Clayton Sent from my LG-K450 using Tapatalk
Apologies, but I am not the right person to ask what the differences between the two styles of soap. I do know the are formulated differently. I'll defer to those smarter than I lol
Another excellent video done by Doc Ezlovan(on the two brushes). I had said earlier that they will be eligible for next year's Tonys, but I must admit, I cringed at the prices. From the video, I'm sure they're worth every Lincoln(penny), but....kinda out of my budget I'm afraid.
I think the shampoo bars contain more superfats that act like conditioner leaving your hair softer. Sent from my Galaxy using Tapatalk
Thanks. I live in a dry climate, so maybe I’ll have to try a week on week off with the two soaps. The only difference I’ve noticed so far is the better lather with the bath bar.
Is there a Stirling that has leather as the main scent? I could look threw almost 500 pages but.......
British Leather and Texas on Fire are the only two that come to mind Sent from my Galaxy using Tapatalk
That's what I've come up with but I was looking kinda quick and thought I may have overlooked one. Thanks for the quick reply.
Didn't see the British Leather so I just ordered a sample of Texas on Fire and A/S. Also 3 others that I can't remember. I'll surprise myself with a mystery package.
