Nope. I would have mentioned it.
Most of mine have the triangle and some just have the name only.

If I decide to part with it later on I'll give you first cracks at it. As a collector piece I can only think of one other person on this board this razor should go to afterwards from that standpoint.

As far as the L1 razors goes I found out that the ones with the triangle and larger lettering on the Schick name were made between 1967 and 1972 the ones without the triangle and smaller lettering on the Schick name are 1972 - 1982ish. They also shave differently also, I think the later ones from 72 and up are the better shavers. Let me put it this way I decided on my new travel razor the 72 and up L1 was what I chose.

Yes, please; keep me in mind if you ever think of letting it go.

Without looking again I know that my two gold L’s don’t have the triangle.

I really like shaving with the novelty handled versions. The tennis racket and the gear shift. I thought I read somewhere that those are 1973 (approximately) so maybe that’s why I prefer the shave.

If I don't like the way it shaves it will get passed along. I don't buy razors to be cabinet queens.

They are both post 72. The Stick Schick (gear shifter handle) was sold from 73 - 75 and the Schick Grip (tennis racket handle) was sold in 75 - 76.

If you really want to get into the weeds concerning Schick Injectors read this thread.

I ordered this brush for a couple of reasons. One was just to see first hand the quality, or lack thereof, of something bought directly from China and secondly to see how long it would take to get here. I ordered this brush for $1.58 on 11/23/2019,shipped, and received it today, 12/17/2019. 24 days isn't too bad. Now to see what to do with it? A good washing should be sufficient, don't you think?

I have a box in much better condition arriving soon, but I decided to give this one a face lift. Two shades of red and a light dust coat of satin clear spray...............

I’d dare say finding a full bottle of any Seaforth aftershave lotion isn’t easy to find.

Again thanks to @jmudrick for further education with respect to the additional head that came with my Famex razor. I purchased a Rockwell Top cap which Jeff mentioned would be compatible with any standard razor handle. So after combining it with an ATT Atlas handle I had laying around was able to put together a FrankenFamex. I now effectively have two Famex razors. I’ll be shaving with it in a day or two. Ironically, I think I prefer the heft and balance on the FrankenFamex to the real deal!

    Very true.

I’ve also noticed that the tops on the older bottles tend to lose their seal so the contents don’t keep.
