I wouldn't categorize this soap as a "Bay Rum" scent. Yes, there's Bay, but it's a secondary scent: You'll notice no hint of clove, but rather Allspice. Finally, here is the description from their website: I will say this, Indian Bay stands alone. It does not try to be a Dominica or a Mike's. If you approach this soap expecting the stereotypical Bay Rum, you will be disappointed. It did not disappoint me at all. I wish the AS wasn't sold out.

One pass each with two very basic se blade holders. Both the Burham pat. 1909 and Gem Featherweight were loaded up with Gem Ted Pellas. The Shave Den's own Florida Water type shave soap let those setups make short work of a couple of days growth. Very simple, old equipment provided a smooth, irritation and cut free shave.
